An ideal candidate for our next Association Missionary will meet the following criteria:
* Born again follower of Christ with a Southern Baptist background
* Bachelor's degree or higher from Southern Baptist affiliated or like-minded Seminary preferred but not required
*10 or more years in Christian ministry
* Shepherd of leaders
* Alignment with Baptist Faith & Message (2000)
* Proactive leadership
* Able to unite our churches under the banner of the Gospel of Jesus Christ
* Able to assist in church conflict when needed
* Able to connect churches & church leaders
* strongest of commitments to local, state, national, and international missions
* Adaptability in the field
* Approachable
* Aware of current events in SBC life
* Actively involved in Associational Missions and local church missions
* Trustworthy in counsel and confidentiality
